  1. Sun Point Press is live, welcome. Mark and Russ are very proud to have finally put to paper the Parratts unique experiences in Glacier National Park. Mark worked long and hard to do his family story justice-give it the read it deserved. The many historical photos, most never before published show Glacier in the 1950s. The landscape eternal and the families have come and gone.

We especially appreciate the contributions of family members support throughout our publishing adventure.

  2. Fate Is Mountain is now available on Barnes and Noble.com, bn.com. Just go to bn.com and search for Fate Is A Mountain and you can get your copy today.

If you are a bookstore and would like to sell Fate Is A Mountain, it should be available through your normal Ingram distributor account.

If you would like Russ to drop off a box of books or have a few printed and shipped to your store at wholesale price, please let us know. The list price is 19.95 and wholesale is 55%. Only returnable in the Glacier Park area. We are set up to print on demand and can have as few or as many books as you want in a matter of days.

    Cheers,

    -Russ

  3. “Fate Is A Mountain” is the culmination of nine years of research and writing. It is unique in that the true stories presented are from a time and place not visited by other authors. These adventures portray the entire gamut of human emotions. The work is both a tribute to my late brother, Monty, and to to what is perhaps the most beautiful place on this earth….Glacier National Park.

  4. I just got the book and am looking forward to reading it this summer. I taught school with Monty’s wife Laurel, and knew Monty through her. He was a well loved and respected teacher. Thank you Mark for writing the book.

  5. My copy of Fate is a Mountain arrived from B&N several days ago. I’m really looking forward to reading it and possibly learning more about my favorite place on the planet.
